Thank you for shopping with UpOneApparel Please note that all sales are final. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
- No Returns – We do not accept returns on any items.
- No Refunds – We do not issue refunds once an order is placed.
- No Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges for any products.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If you receive the wrong item, please notify us, and we will correct the mistake.
